The Position
SALT Craft Beer & Coffee located in the heart of Market Square, bringing specialist craft beer and high-quality coffee to Guernsey. We showcase expertly crafted beers from small, independent UK breweries alongside quality coffee from respected roasters. Food is simple and focused: pizzas and light bites prepared by the kitchen team and served alongside the drinks.
We’re hiring part-time bar staff to join the team.
The Responsibilities
- Serve craft beer, coffee, and drinks
- Support food service (pizzas & light bites)
- Deliver great, relaxed service every shift
Experience / Qualifications / Education
- Some bar/hospitality experience preferred but not essential
- Good attitude, strong work ethic
- Confident with customers
- Available evenings and weekends
