Front of House

Fukku Yubinkyoku is looking for new team members to join the Front of House team.  Candidates will have at least one years' relevant experience, and ideally with some base knowledge of Wine and Sake.  Full time and part time positions are available.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a warm and authentic Japanese dining experience for all guests.
• Welcome, seat, and assist customers with menu recommendations, explaining Japanese dishes, drinks, and specials with confidence.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest enquiries efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and process payments using POS systems.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of dishes.
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation, and restaurant ambience throughout service.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and proactively resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support the team during busy trading periods while upholding high service standards and attention to detail.

One years' relevant experience is required, plus some base knowledge of Wine and Sake.  Candidates should also be passionate about delivering amazing customer service.
