As a growing and diverse organisation, we are committed to operating safely, sustainably, and efficiently across all our sites.
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Training Lead – who may be based in Guernsey or Jersey - to help colleagues develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to carry out their work safely, effectively, and consistently.
This is a varied and practical role responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering training across the business. Working closely with operational teams, managers, and the compliance team, you will support employees with training in health and safety, operational procedures, and best working practices that can be applied in their everyday roles.
The successful candidate will also play an important role in gathering operational feedback and helping to improve training programmes and procedures, ensuring guidance remains relevant, practical, and effective across our different sites and activities.
Applicants must live in Guernsey or Jersey and hold a valid right to work.
No accommodation is provided with this role.

- Use observations, colleague feedback, audit findings, and lessons learned from incidents to help prioritise training activities.
- Deliver engaging and practical training through site-based sessions, demonstrations, small group workshops, and one-to-one coaching across both islands, regularly travelling to Guernsey or Jersey and staying overnight as necessary.
- Support new employees through induction programmes and role-specific training.
- Provide refresher training and assist teams in preparing for new equipment, processes, systems, or regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate external training providers where specialist instruction or accredited qualifications are required.
Monitor the effectiveness of training and recommend improvements where necessary.
