Island Dental Studio is a brand-new, modern dental clinic in Guernsey, currently being established and preparing to open its doors. We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and motivated Dental Nurse or Trainee Dental Nurse to join our team from the beginning and play an important role in helping us build an exceptional patient experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a new practice, working alongside dentists and visiting specialists in a friendly, professional and forward-thinking environment.

The Role
You will support clinicians across a range of treatments, prepare and maintain surgeries, assist with infection control and sterilisation, support patients and help ensure the smooth running of the practice.
We are looking for someone who is versatile and flexible, as the role will also involve assisting with reception and administrative duties when required. You will be an important part of the wider practice team, so a positive attitude and willingness to help across different areas are essential.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, caring and confident with patients.
- Reliable, organised and able to multitask.
- Calm and professional in a clinical environment.
- Flexible and happy to assist with both clinical and reception duties.
- Enthusiastic about developing a career in dentistry.
A Dental Nursing qualification and GDC registration are desirable but not essential. For the right trainee, we will provide support towards the Diploma in Dental Nursing and practical development under the supervision of qualified clinicians.
Full-time and part-time positions are available, with flexible hours considered.
