The Position
This highly regarded Channel Islands based insurance provider is seeking a data protection and compliance professional to provide expert guidance on data privacy, governance, risk management and financial crime, ensuring regulatory obligations are met while supporting the organisation’s continued growth and development.
The Responsibilities
The role includes responsibility for the key person functions of Data Protection Officer, Compliance Officer, Money Laundering Reporting Officer and Money Laundering Compliance Officer, subject to regulatory approval. A recognised data protection qualification, such as CIPP, CIPM or CIPT, would be advantageous.
