The Position

The Responsibilities
Welcoming and looking after guests throughout their visit
Taking food and drink orders accurately
Serving food and beverages efficiently and professionally
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in dining areas
Assisting with setting up and closing down service
Working closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Experience / Qualifications / Education
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent customer service skills
A friendly, professional, and approachable manner
Ability to work well as part of a busy team
Strong, effective communication skills
Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
Previous hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential, as training can be provided
