Senior Yacht Ownership Administrator

This opportunity is with an independent provider of bespoke yacht and fiduciary services to companies, individuals and families across the world.

The yacht services team works with clients, captains and crew globally providing a personalised service by formulating and delivering appropriate solutions for owners of both private and commercial yachts.

The role holder will provide support on all aspects of day-to-day yacht administration. This includes yacht sales and purchases, charters, insurance, third party appointments, fiscal arrangements, payments, cash cards, invoicing, daily communications with owners, intermediaries and crew.

Candidates should be willing to travel to meet clients and attend events worldwide as required.

A full training programme will form part of this role so no previous experience is essential, however experience or knowledge from areas such as trust or corporate, compliance and regulatory would be beneficial as well as a knowledge of yachts.
