Senior Manager, Technology

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technology leader to oversee the delivery, operation and continuous improvement of technology platforms, infrastructure and technical services.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will drive operational excellence across infrastructure, cloud, platforms and IT service management, while ensuring technology remains secure, resilient and aligned with business and regulatory requirements. You will also play a key role in transformation initiatives, supplier management, technology governance and operational resilience.

We are looking for a technology leader with significant experience across technology operations, infrastructure, cloud or service delivery, ideally within financial services or another regulated environment. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills are essential, together with experience managing technology change, third-party suppliers, security and resilience. Relevant qualifications such as ITIL, CISSP, CISM or cloud certifications would be advantageous.
