Crewing Vacancy

Our client is seeking an experienced marine industry professional with a strong background in crewing administration to join their busy team.

Responsibilities for this role include managing a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with yacht crew members, carrying out day-to-day crew employment and payroll administration, maintaining accurate records, information and reports, and processing crew payments using payroll software and online banking.

Previous experience in a similar role is essential, along with a good knowledge of flag states, STCW and crew certification requirements. You will need excellent organisational and communication skills, a strong attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office. Experience with Cello Marine or similar payment software would be advantageous.
