The Position

Sidlocks is a well established catering wholesaler supplying the hospitality, corporate, healthcare and care homes in Guernsey. We operate in a busy, fast paced warehouse and are looking for a reliable and detailed oriented Warehouse Controller to join our team. 

The Responsibilities

·       Receive, unload and check incoming deliveries against purchase orders.

·       Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report any issues.

·       Put stock away accurately and maintain a organised warehouse.

·       Pick, pack and record stock movements in preparation for dispatch.

·       Monitor stock levels and assist with stock reordering.

·       Carrry out regular stock checks and help maintain accurate inventory records.

·       Assist with deliveries and equipment installations when required.



 

Experience / Qualifications / Education

What we’re looking for

 

·      Reliable, organised and able to work accurately under pressure.

·      Strong attention to detail

·      Good computer literacy and willingness to learn our warehouse and stock management systems

·      Good numeracy skills

·      A good level of physical fitness, as heavy lifting is involved.

·      Full, clean driving licence

·      A valid right to work licence
