The Position

Training & Management Support Administrator (Part 145 department)

Location: Guernsey

Are you highly organised, passionate about aviation, and looking for a role where you can make a real impact behind the scenes?

At Aurigny, we're looking for a Training & Management Support Administrator (Part 145 department) to become a key member of our Engineering team. This is more than an administrative role—it's an opportunity to influence how we develop our engineers, maintain the highest safety standards, and continuously improve our Part 145 departments operation.

Working closely with our Head of Maintenance, you'll help ensure our engineering teams have the training, resources and support they need to keep our aircraft flying safely and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work across a wide variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Supporting the Head of Maintenance with the Engineering operation.
  • Coordinating engineering training, licences and programmes of continuing development.
  • Organising travel, accommodation and logistics for technical training.
  • Maintaining accurate training and compliance records.
  • Supporting succession planning and mentoring programmes for trainee engineers.
  • Working alongside others to help develop the next generation of Licensed Aircraft Engineers.

Who We're Looking For

You'll be someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex operations and thrives in a role where organisation, planning and communication are essential.

You'll ideally have:

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confidence building relationships with internal employees and external training providers.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing training and compliance records.
  • A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach.

·         A genuine commitment to safety, compliance and continuous improvement

  • Willingness to develop knowledge of the world of aviation and engineering

Why Join Aurigny?

Every day is different. One day you'll be coordinating specialist engineering training, the next you'll be supporting business improvement projects, helping develop future Licensed Aircraft Engineers, or contributing to operational planning that keeps our fleet moving.

You'll play an important role in supporting the people, processes and compliance that sit at the heart of our Engineering operation.

Interested?

If you're looking for a varied, rewarding role where your organisational skills can make a genuine difference to aviation safety and engineering excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
