The Position
A leading financial services organisation is building a Project and Change Delivery function to support business transformation and deliver strategic initiatives.
The Responsibilities
The successful individual will play a central role in driving change by bridging the gap between the current and future state of the business.
You will partner with the business to deliver on strategic initiatives throughout the entire project lifecycle, starting at feasibility, mobilisation and through delivery and ensuring that solutions meet the needs of the business.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience within financial services, excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills and the ability to lead, motivate and control within all levels of the business.
