The Position

In-Flight Supplies Agent

Be part of the team that keeps Guernsey connected.

We're looking for a proactive, organised, and dependable In-Flight Supplies Agent to help ensure our aircraft are fully prepared, stocked, and ready for departure from Guernsey Airport.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll work behind the scenes to support our cabin crews, maintain onboard supplies, and play a vital part in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

As an In-Flight Supplies Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Preparing aircraft for departure, ensuring all onboard supplies and cabin sales products are fully stocked.
  • Setting up Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) equipment for departing flights.
  • Meeting inbound aircraft during turnarounds, replenishing supplies, providing ice and water, removing waste, and checking cabin cleanliness.
  • Managing stock levels, receiving deliveries, rotating stock, and maintaining accurate records using computer systems.
  • Supporting cabin crew with any onboard requirements and ensuring aircraft are equipped for every journey.
  • Operating vehicles and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assisting passengers requiring special assistance (PRMs) when needed.
  • Maintaining high standards of safety, security, and cleanliness across all work areas.

Requirements

  • Full, clean driving licence.
  • Ability to provide a full 5-year employment/reference history.
  • Basic Police Clearance Certificate (satisfactory to Aurigny).
  • Willingness to comply with company uniform standards and airport regulations.
