The Position
Kings Premier Health Club (www.kings.gg) is Guernsey’s leading destination for health, fitness and wellbeing. We are currently undertaking an exciting business transformation program, including the construction of a new multi-million-pound pool’s and spa (and other facilities)— set to be the finest in the Channel Islands.
As part of this next phase of growth, we are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Office Administrator/ Bookkeeper.
Working closely with the Group Club Manager and Senior Management Team, you will help improve efficiency across the businesses' administrative, bookkeeping, CRM functions etc as the business grows.

The Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure accurate record-keeping, filing systems and club software management, CRM systems, and booking platforms.
- Oversee, develop and streamline all office administrative processes.
- Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of management accounting principles to support accurate reporting, reconciliations, and financial decision-making.
- Undertake invoicing, purchase orders, expense tracking, and bookkeeping tasks.
- Complete monthly AUDDIS and BACS runs, ensuring all data is reported on correctly.
- Reconcile club income and debtors on a monthly basis, ensuring all data is correctly processed.
- Reconcile daily takings for FOH sales via inhouse POS systems, ensuring discrepancies are identified, investigated, and resolved promptly.
- Maintain and produce all important statistical information & reports to Senior Management.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
- Proven experience as a Senior Office Administrator/ Bookkeeper.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial processes.
- Knowledge of compliance, GDPR, and Health & Safety requirements.
- Experience in leisure, hospitality, or wellness environments is an advantage.
- Relevant industry qualifications or management training.
