The Position
This is a dynamic and varied role within a modern, independent business supporting clients across Guernsey and other jurisdictions.
The Responsibilities
In this role, your primary focus will be on general office administration and business support. Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Responsibilities will include overseeing office, kitchen and stationery maintenance, responding to operational queries, and providing support to employees across the business.
In addition, you will support the office’s health and safety requirements, including acting as the designated Fire Marshal, as well as assisting with finance administration, marketing, and events coordination. Working closely with the external marketing team and Head of Operations, you will help plan and deliver marketing campaigns, while also supporting the organisation and management of both internal and external events.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
To be successful in this role, candidates should have proven experience in an administrative, office coordination, or business support position, together with a solid understanding of office processes and day-to-day business functions, including the coordination of IT support.
