What you'll be doing:
You’ll manage and improve our core business systems and data reporting, as well as introducing new solutions. You’ll lead a small team and work closely with our IT Operations team and business stakeholders.
Our systems support a wide range of internal operations and are also used externally by thousands of customers, so reliability, usability, and continuous improvement are key. The role combines day‑to‑day delivery with longer-term improvement and innovation.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
You'll ideally have experience of:
- Leading a technical team.
- Setting technical direction and overseeing internal development work.
- Leading system-related change or projects with minimal disruption.
- Assessing and introducing new technologies, including emerging and AI capabilities.
- Managing and configuring business applications.
- Working with suppliers to deliver updates, enhancements, and new system capabilities.
- Developing reporting and analytics (including working with SQL queries).
- Providing technical support and expertise for business applications.
You may not have all this experience yet. If you’re organised, detail‑focused, able to balance multiple priorities, and have a passion for IT, we’d still like to hear from you!
Why join us?
You’ll be part of a forward-thinking IT team with broad exposure across the business. The role offers real ownership, variety, and the chance to deliver practical improvements that make a difference.
