Shop Supervisor – Randalls Duty Free

Role Overview

Randalls Duty Free is seeking a reliable and motivated Shop Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of the store. This role combines hands-on retail supervision with occasional office support duties, ensuring smooth operations and high standards are consistently maintained.

Working Hours

•  Shift-based role (including weekends) 
•  Some shifts may include supporting office-based tasks

•  Supervise daily shop operations and support team members on shift 
•  Maintain high standards of presentation across the Duty Free shop 
•  Ensure stock is well organised, displayed correctly, and replenished as needed 
•  Assist with receiving and handling deliveries, including lifting and moving heavy items 
•  Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues efficiently 
•  Support office tasks when required, including administrative duties 
•  Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies

•  Good general computer literacy, including working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
•  Strong attention to detail with the ability to keep the store well organised and presentable 
•  Physically capable of handling heavy orders and lifting stock 
•  Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team 
•  Flexible and willing to work shift patterns, including weekends
