Our client is seeking a driven and creative individual to take ownership of the plant department. You will be responsible for creating attractive visual displays, supervising a dedicated team, and maintaining exceptional plant care standards.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and enjoy engaging with customers, along with strong commercial awareness and leadership skills to guide and mentor team members.
