The Position
Randall’s is looking for energetic and enthusiastic Bar & Waiting Staff to join our team across our establishments. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, social environment and take pride in delivering great customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
What we're looking for:
- Aged 18 or over
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Full-time commitment
- Previous experience preferred, but not essential
- A positive attitude with a fun, friendly personality
- Ability to use initiative and work well as part of a team
The Responsibilities
- Serving customers at the bar and on the floor
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
- Supporting team members during busy periods
- Taking initiative to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Experience / Qualifications / Education
Previous experience preferred, but not essential
