The Kings Group is the leading private health, fitness, and leisure group in Guernsey. Kings is currently constructing a new multi-million-pound pools and spa’s facility, the best in the Channel Islands. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Spa Manager to build our Spa Customer Care team and manage the operations to deliver an exemplary quality pool and spa experience.

1.       Handle all sales/ bookings and customer enquiries efficiently using our CRM system.

2.       Lead, train, and supervise a small spa concierge team.

3.       Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene across all spa areas.

4.       Address guest feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction and repeat visits.

5.       Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

6.       Collaborate with management to support marketing initiatives and business growth.

1.       Minimum 3 years’ experience in spa or wellness management, preferably in a high-end or innovative environment.

2.       Strong leadership and team management skills.

3.       Proficiency in CRM and booking systems.

4.       Excellent communication and customer care / service abilities.

5.       Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining a pristine environment.

6.       Tech-savvy and adaptable to new wellness technologies.

7.       Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
