ROLE OVERVIEW
The Kings Group is the leading private health, fitness, and leisure group in Guernsey. We are currently constructing a new multi-million-pound pool and spa facility, the best in the Channel Islands. We are seeking an ambitious and strategic Commercial Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team to drive the continuing business development across all Kings Group brands into the future.

The Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to drive sales, membership, revenue, and engagement across the Kings Group.
2. Lead business planning processes, including setting annual targets, budgeting, and forecasting to support the club’s financial objectives.
3. Collaborate closely with finance, operations, and marketing teams to align commercial goals with overall business strategy.
4. Lead marketing campaigns to promote the club’s unique offerings, including fitness programs, personal training, and wellness services.
5. Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
6. Prepare, analyse, and present regular commercial performance reports and insights to the Senior Management Team and stakeholders.
7. Actively contribute as a key member of the Senior Management Team, participating in strategic planning and decision-making to drive the club’s growth and operational excellence.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
1. Have developed and implemented comprehensive commercial strategies to drive sales, membership, revenue, and engagement
2. Financial acumen with hands-on experience in business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
3. Demonstrated ability to analyse commercial data and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
4. Tech-savvy and adaptable to new CRM commercial technologies.
5. Experience working at a senior management level, contributing to strategic planning.
6. Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams to achieve commercial targets.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels
8. Passion for health, wellness, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
