ROLE OVERVIEW – KINGS GROUP MARKETING MANAGER
The Kings Group is Guernsey’s leading private health, fitness, and leisure group, encompassing Kings Premier Health Club, Marina Health Club, Kids@Kings, and 1857 Bar and Restaurant.
As the Kings’ Group Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns—from ideation and delivery to ongoing management and performance reporting. You will ensure our campaigns are creative, data-driven, and impactful, reaching members and guests both online and within our venues.

The Responsibilities
1. Lead the end-to-end creation, scheduling, and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital (social media, email, web, paid media) and in-venue channels (TV screens, digital signage, 1857, club spaces).
2. Manage digital marketing activities, including content planning, execution, and optimization for social, email, and paid campaigns.
3. Oversee the design and deployment of in-club marketing assets, ensuring consistent messaging and brand standards across all member touchpoints.
4. Develop and maintain a robust campaign calendar, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
5. Collect, analyse, and report on campaign performance data, using defined digital marketing performance metrics / KPIs (CPL, CAC, / CPL etc) to measure impact, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
6. Manage marketing budgets and resources efficiently.
7. Collaborate with club teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and impactful promotions.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
1. Minimum 3 years’ marketing B2C experience, ideally in leisure, fitness, hospitality, or a related sector.
2. Demonstrable experience in campaign management, from concept through to performance reporting.
3. Strong digital marketing skills, including social media, email, and paid media campaign management.
4. Tech-savvy and adaptable to new marketing technologies.
5. Experience with in-venue marketing (e.g., digital signage, event promotion, on-site campaigns) is highly desirable.
6. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and present clear, actionable reports to stakeholders.
7. Outstanding communication, organisational, and project management skills.
8. Creative, energetic, and forward-thinking, with a passion for health, wellness, and lifestyle marketing.
9. Experience managing and optimising marketing budgets
