The Position

An excellent opportunity for a meticulous and dedicated individual seeking reduced hours with a long-established, independent insurance firm.

The Responsibilities

This is a part-time position requiring 15–20 hours per week, with flexibility regarding when these hours are worked.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the administration for personal lines and commercial claims. The role is primarily office-based, though occasional attendance at off-site meetings may be required.

Experience / Qualifications / Education

Previous claims experience is advantageous, and ideally, you will have worked in a similar role. However, full on-the-job training will be provided, so prior experience is not essential. This position is well suited to a pro-active, organised individual with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
