The Position
We are seeking an experienced administrator to provide varied admin support to our Service Delivery team. Your overall objective will be to support the Head of Service Delivery towards the effect management of a large team responsible for providing outsourced IT support and project delivery. You will also work closely with our Service Pod Managers to support continous improvement and quality assurance activities.

The Responsibilities

- Assist the Head of Service Delivery with diary and inbox management, team scheduling, annual leave requests and support the completion of administrative HR processes.
- Monitor and report on tickets, KPIs, team utilisation, stale tickets and call statistics.
- Support the rostering of team members to ensure cover is in place for clients throughout the working week.
- Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources to ensure alignment with business goals. This will include liaising with project stakeholders such as clients, vendors and internal teams so that all parties are kept informed of progress and status.
- Support our team of IT Consultants towards the successful completion and execution of IT project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Arrange post-project reviews for key stakeholder participation to ensure the team identifies continuous improvement opportunities for efficiency and quality.
- Work closely with the Business Support team on contract and billing processes.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
Key Criteria
- General administrative experience in a fast paced role.
- Excellent IT skills with the ability to learn technical principles.
- Highly organised with a methodical approach but equally adept at innovating and thinking outside the box to achieve desired results.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, and ability to converse with and coordinate with multiple levels internally and outside of the company.
- Able to work under minimal supervision and able to use own initiative.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills to manage multiple workstreams.
Desirable Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a project coordination or support role.
- Experience in an MSP or IT team delivering project work.
