Store Manager

We are looking for a Store Manager to join our wellbeing and lifestyle store in the heart of St Peter Port to run and manage day to day sales and operations. As a Store Manager, you will lead the store to success by motivating your team to achieve our business objectives and ensure excellent service.  You will bring enthusiasm and positivity to your customers and colleagues. You will be happy multi-tasking, ready to take on new challenges and thrive on the fact that no two days are alike.

8. Website Management
9. Financial Controls & Reporting

• Retail experience 
• Team management experience (retail management experience is preferred)
• Graduate qualification
• Commercial awareness
• Exceptional organisational skills and natural multi-tasking ability
• Ambition, resourcefulness and some who's looking for opportunities to learn more and grow the business 
• Driving licence is desirable but not essential
