The Position

We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated individual to work  20 – 25 hours per week, normally worked between 8am/9am and 2pm Monday to Friday . 

The Responsibilities

This role will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients, drive sales, and ensure customer/client satisfaction through the effective promotion and sale of the company’s products.  Duties will include: -

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Through regular communication, site visits, and follow-ups build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Promote and sell the company’s products 
  • Provide product knowledge and advice to customers to support their purchasing decisions.
  • Assisting and guiding customers with processing and managing their orders accurately and efficiently via the Company’s App, offering training and support where required.
  • Work closely with the warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to coordinate the smooth delivery of goods and resolve any order-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
  • Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager and Senior Management Team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Experience / Qualifications / Education

Qualifications and Experience 

  • Excellent verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.  
  • Proven sales or customer service experience, preferably in wholesale or distribution.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 
  • Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel locally as part of the role. 
  • Attention to detail and high level of integrity. 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
