Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of La Moinerie Village, Dixcart Hotel, and five self-catering properties on the tranquil, car-free island of Sark. This live-in position requires a hands-on approach to ensure exceptional guest experiences and the seamless functioning of our diverse accommodations.

Key Responsibilities
• Guest Relations: Welcome guests upon arrival, manage check-ins and check-outs, and address inquiries to ensure a memorable stay.
• Team Supervision: Lead and motivate housekeeping and kitchen staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service across all properties.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of multiple accommodations, ensuring efficient coordination and consistent quality.
• Food & Beverage Oversight: Supervise breakfast preparation and service, manage bar inventory, and ensure dining areas meet guest expectations.
• Financial Administration: Handle budgeting, expense tracking, and procurement of supplies for all properties.
• Scheduling & Maintenance: Organise cleaning and maintenance schedules, promptly addressing any issues that arise.
• Community Engagement: Embrace Sark’s unique culture and promote the island’s attractions to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications & Experience
• Proven experience in hospitality or hotel management, preferably overseeing multiple properties.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
• Excellent organisational abilities to juggle various responsibilities effectively.
• Adaptability to thrive in a unique, remote environment with limited resources.
