Business Enablement Innovator

An exciting opportunity within a highly dynamic professional services firm offering Advisory, Tax, Audit and other assurance services to a large portfolio of international and local clients.

We are looking for a forward-thinking individual to join the Tech and Transformation team as a Business Enablement (BE) Innovator in the Channel Islands. As a BE Innovator, you will be responsible for driving innovation and implementing transformative solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to improve internal processes, systems, and services.

As part of the team based in Guernsey, you will work alongside skilled and experienced Project Managers and IT specialists. Technology is central to the strategy, and the Tech and Transformation team plays a vital role in integrating digital solutions into the firm. As a BE Innovator, you will have the chance to establish relationships and enable new technology solutions across the business, revolutionising the way it operates.

Candidates should have proven experience in driving innovation and implementing transformative solutions within an organisation, strong knowledge of business processes, systems, and technologies, familiarity with emerging technologies and trends such as automation, digital transformation, and data analytics and proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
