An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and take on the role of Change Manager in the Tech and Transformation team.

As a Change Manager, you will play a critical role in driving and managing organisational change initiatives within the firm. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of change strategies, processes, and technologies.

You will be an integral part of the wider team of skilled and experienced Project Managers and IT specialists. Technology is at the heart of the strategy, and the Tech and Transformation team plays a crucial role in embedding digital into the firm. As an IT Support person, you will have the opportunity to build relationships and enable new technology solutions across the business, delivering products and services that are transforming the way the firm operates.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management methodologies and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
