Project Manager

The role of the Project Manager at TISE will be multi-faceted, requiring a blend of technical understanding, leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Their primary objective is to deliver successful projects by balancing scope, time, budget, and quality while managing the complexities of technology and business needs.

Project Planning

·         Defining project scope, developing project plans, scheduling and allocating resources;

Project Execution

·         Coordinating the project team (IT and business), managing project risks, ensuring quality control and managing changes;

Stakeholder Management

·         Liaising with stakeholders, managing client/user expectations and taking care of reporting and documentation;

Budget and Resource Management

·         Managing the project budget, resource optimization and vendor management;

Risk and Issue Management

·         Identifying risks, mitigating issues and issue resolution;

Team Leadership and Collaboration

·         Leadership and motivation, conflict resolution and cross-departmental collaboration;

Project Monitoring and Control

·         Tracking progress, adapting to changes and performance reporting;

Testing and Quality Assurance

·         Overseeing testing, facilitating user feedback;

Project Closure and Handover

·         Final delivery, post-project evaluation and handover to operations/support teams; and

Compliance and Security Management

·         Ensuring project compliance and project security.

·         The candidate ideally would hold a Project Management professional qualification, which could include - Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Agile Project Management, APMG Change Management;

·         Experience in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously; and

·         Experience in the finance industry and an understanding of markets would be advantageous.
