Store Manager (F/T or P/T)

As Store Manager, you’ll own the full operation, leading with confidence, building high-performing teams, and setting the pace in a fast-changing retail environment. You’ll lead from the front and create a store where customers love to shop and colleagues are proud to work in.

Create the right culture, role modelling new digital ways of working and leadership behaviours 

Delivering great standards and service by setting clear expectations with direct reports and ensuring that they are clear on the part they play 

Building a diverse and talented team which supports the growth of the wider community and business 

Represents the store and takes ownership for action to deliver improvement across the store 

Uses data and insight to enhance customer experience, to improve the operation, and drive results 

Regularly reviews individual performance the team through quality conversations, celebrating success and managing underperformance where required 

Ensuring all line management and people activities are delivered in accordance with company process and policy  

Deliver operational excellence to maximise product availability, minimise stock and cash loss across the total store 

Maintain a safe and legal store environment 

Accountable leader for all elements of VM delivery across all launches, events and campaigns

You will have experience in Retail management, preferably within food stores. Our Store Managers are fully accountable for running the store, ensuring all staff are trained and capable of delivering the highest level of service. Ensuring safe trading practices are followed, working to KPI's, leading from the front, building and maintaining a culture in which staff and customers are happy and being able to demonstrate a strong commercial awareness will need to evidenced in your application.
