The Position
Kings Premier Health Club (www.kings.gg) is Guernsey's leading destination for wellness, offering premium health, fitness, swimming, tennis, Kids@Kings activities and exceptional member experiences.
We are currently undertaking an exciting business transformation programme, including the construction of a new multi-million-pound pools and spa development, creating one of the finest health and wellness facilities in the Channel Islands.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Member Services Executive to join our team. This is a varied role combining front-of-house member services, Kids @ Kings programme administration and Booking Keeping administration, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the Club.
Working closely with the Operations Manager and Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing bookings and enquiries, administering our Kids @ Kings swimming, tennis and holiday camp programmes, supporting bookkeeping administration and ensuring our membership systems and administrative processes operate efficiently.

The Responsibilities
· Assist the Operations Manager in the smooth day-to-day operation of Kings Premier Health Club and Marina Health & Leisure.
· Deliver exceptional customer service to members, guests and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
· Manage reception operations, including member enquiries, bookings, telephone calls and email correspondence.
· Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately, efficiently and within agreed timescales.
· Maintain and support the effective use of the Club's booking systems, CRM and management software
· Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection requirements, health and safety legislation and operational procedures.
· Assist with cash handling, daily reconciliations and banking procedures in line with company policy.
· Administer all Kids @ Kings programmes, including swimming lessons, tennis coaching and holiday camp bookings.
· Respond promptly and professionally to parent enquiries, providing accurate information and excellent customer service.
· Process monthly AUDDIS and BACS runs accurately and within agreed deadlines.
· Support the Club's financial administration by assisting with invoicing, purchase orders, expense tracking and basic bookkeeping.
· Produce accurate membership reports and assist with revenue tracking and financial reconciliations.
· Work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and public holidays to meet the needs of the business
Experience / Qualifications / Education
· Previous experience in a customer service, reception, administration or membership services role.
· Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
· Experience working with booking systems, CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
· Experience in financial administration, bookkeeping or accounts administration would be advantageous.
· Confident communicating professionally with members, parents and colleagues.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and excellent customer service.
· Knowledge of GDPR, cash handling procedures and administrative best practice.
· Previous experience within a health club, leisure, hospitality or customer-facing environment is desirable.
