Temporary Customer Service Agent

Our client is seeking a caring and compassionate Customer Services Agent to deliver exceptional support to customers requiring additional assistance, ensuring they receive a professional, efficient, and welcoming service throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities include meeting passengers on arrival and escorting them through the airport, including security, immigration, passport control, the boarding gate, and the baggage hall. You will ensure wheelchairs are replenished and distributed throughout the terminal, keep passengers informed of any delays or disruptions, and communicate effectively with customers by understanding their individual assistance requirements, explaining airport procedures, and providing reassurance throughout their journey.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role would be advantageous, along with good IT and written communication skills. You will be proactive, calm, compassionate, and physically fit to meet the demands of the role. A willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions is essential, while experience in a care, accessibility, or assisted travel environment would be desirable.

This role is available on either a full-time or zero-hours contract basis. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work a shift pattern, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays where required.

Full training will be provided.
