Associate Director/Director

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Associate Director to join our client's Property Management team.

This is a senior appointment for an experienced commercial property professional who will assume responsibility for a substantial portfolio of commercial properties. Working closely with the Head of Property Management, the successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the portfolio, enabling the Head of Department to focus on strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and the continued development of the service.

Applicants will have a proven background in commercial property management, ideally gained within a property consultancy, estate agency, or professional services environment. They will possess strong commercial awareness, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to manage a varied workload with confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail.
