The Position

We are seeking a motivated individual to join the Finance Department of a leading locally based healthcare company. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive team and contribute to the organisation's ongoing success.

The Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work across multiple disciplines within the Finance Department, providing support across the accounts payable, accounts receivable, and management reporting functions. Responsibilities will include preparing and issuing manual monthly sales invoices, managing foreign exchange rate uploads to the accounting system, monitoring employee benefit allowances, and setting up payments and processing refunds.

Experience / Qualifications / Education

To be successful in this role, applicants should be numerically minded with excellent attention to detail, a basic knowledge of Excel, strong communication skills, and the ability to use their initiative while working to deadlines. Previous experience within a finance department would be advantageous; however, full training will be provided for the right candidate.
