Island Smile Studio is an exciting new dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a modern, welcoming, and professional environment. We are seeking a motivated, organised, and personable individual to become the face of our practice and play a key role in helping us build an outstanding patient experience from day one.

This full-time role combines front-of-house reception responsibilities with wider operational and administrative support. It is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys working with people, and is looking for an opportunity to develop within a growing healthcare business.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

As the Reception & Administration Lead, you will be responsible for:

·        Managing the reception area and creating an exceptional first impression for patients.

·        Handling telephone enquiries, appointment bookings, recalls, and patient follow-up communications.

·        Supporting the day-to-day administration and smooth operation of the practice.

·        Working closely with the clinical team to ensure an outstanding patient journey.

·        Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality is upheld at all times.

·        Assisting with diary management, practice coordination, and administrative processes.

·        Playing a key role in maintaining the high standards and values of Island Smile Studio.

Experience and Qualifications

·        Previous experience in dentistry or healthcare is preferred.

·        Applicants with experience in other professional customer service environments will also be considered.

·        Experience in administration, reception, or patient-facing roles would be advantageous.
