Island Smile Studio is an exciting new dental practice committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a modern, welcoming, and supportive environment. As we establish our new practice, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Dental Nurse or Trainee Dental Nurse to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

We are looking for a full-time Qualified Dental Nurse; however, we are also happy to provide training and support to the right candidate who wishes to begin a career in dentistry.

The successful candidate will:

·        Assist dentists and hygienists with all clinical aspects of patient care.

·        Provide exceptional patient care and ensure patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit.

·        Maintain high standards of cross-infection control, equipment maintenance, and surgery cleanliness.

·        Follow practice systems, protocols, and procedures in line with the practice's values and standards.

·        Support the efficient running of surgeries and maximise clinical time effectively.

·        Work collaboratively as part of a friendly and professional team.

Qualifications

·        Qualified candidates must be registered with the General Dental Council (GDC).

·        Trainee applicants are welcomed, and full training and support can be provided for the right individual.

·        Qualified Dental Nurses should maintain CPD requirements in line with GDC guidelines.
