Maintenance person

RW Randalls is looking for a reliable and proactive Maintenance Person to join our team.

This is a varied and hands-on role, responsible for carrying out general building maintenance across our properties and facilities. No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, can think on their feet, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

General building repairs and maintenance

Basic plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating tasks

Minor electrical and mechanical repairs (where appropriate)

Routine inspections and preventative maintenance

Responding to maintenance issues in a timely manner

Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently

Liaising with contractors when specialist repairs are required

Previous maintenance or building trade experience is essential

Experience across multiple trades would be a distinct advantage

Able to work independently and manage your own workload

Practical, resourceful and quick-thinking

Strong problem-solving skills

Reliable, organised and self-motivated

Full driving licence preferred
