· A commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic support.
· An interest in professional development and continuous learning.
· Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively across sectors.
· A compassionate, professional, and outcome focused approach.
What We Offer
· Flexible working hours to meet client need and demand.
· Salary negotiable depending on experience, qualifications, and career focus.
· The opportunity to join a respected charity and make a meaningful difference in the community.
· A supportive environment that values development, collaboration, and high-quality practice.

- Treatment Planning and Review: Develop, review, and adapt treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the wider clinical team to reflect progress and emerging needs.

- Confidentiality and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, timely, and professional records of therapy sessions, assessments, and reviews, in line with confidentiality requirements and data protection legislation.
- Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across the organisation and with external professionals, where appropriate and in line with policy and legal frameworks, to support integrated care.
