This flexible role—around 8 hours a week—is perfect for a school leaver, student, or young creative looking to build real-world experience in digital marketing. You’ll work alongside a friendly marketing manager to brainstorm ideas, shape content plans, and bring stories to life across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. From showcasing vibrant gardens and veg patches to highlighting the team’s down-to-earth culture, you’ll turn everyday moments into engaging visual content.

Expect to use Canva, AI tools, and Meta Business Suite to design, edit, and schedule posts—training provided where needed. Some tasks can be done remotely, but you’ll also occasionally visit job sites to capture authentic behind-the-scenes content (own transport helpful).
