The Position
An exciting opportunity for an experienced senior HR professional to join the Guernsey branch of a well loved National business.
The Responsibilities
This exciting and diverse role will cover a wide range of responsibilities and is very much seated in involvement with operational tasks as well as direct supervision of the HR team. You will drive recruitment and workforce retention, create, agree and maintain the HR business plan as well as effectively managing the HR team and working closely with many areas of the business to establish and maintain strong working relationships.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
