The Responsibilities
You’ll be the friendly face (or voice) that teammates turn to when their devices act up or networks go haywire. From managing support tickets and helping with access controls to improving systems and sharing IT know-how, you'll be at the heart of keeping things running smoothly. You’ll get to flex your tech muscles across hardware, software, and network issues while working closely with both internal teams and external vendors.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
Bonus points if you’re already familiar with Microsoft servers, VMware, and Citrix—but if not, you’ll be supported to grow! If you're proactive, customer-focused, and ready to level up your IT career, this is your perfect next move.
