The Position
Your focus is to provide an exceptional service to our clients and the best care possible to their pets - providing a link between clients and the clinical team. Your ability to build strong relationships with our clients, their pets and the practice team will be critical to your success.
Your great client service during a client’s visit will make sure that their absolute satisfaction is given, and that the client leaves knowing that they have received exceptional service and look forward to their next visit. You will greet each client and offer support, guidance and expertise, managing payments and future bookings confidently. Coordinating the smooth running of the day-to-day routines of the practice will be done using our online booking system, so computer literacy is a must.
The Responsibilities
The focus of the Client Care Advisor is to provide an exceptional service to our clients; and to help deliver the best care possible to their pets. Providing a critical link between clients and the clinical team, the Client Care Advisor’s ability to build strong relationships will be key to the success of the practice.
The role of Client Care Advisor is the first point of contact for our clients and is the last person our clients meet. This role will play a key part in delivering the overall client experience and the overall success of the practice.
He/she will have a personal approach and be empathic, pro-active, highly organised, and with a genuine desire to support our clients and patients.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
o Genuinely enjoys engaging with clients and their pets, and to do what’s necessary to deliver the best service
o Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication
o Professional, confident and a calm approach
o A passion for people and pets
o Easy-going, confident and assertive, inspires confidence in clients and colleagues that he/she will do what they say they will do
o Determined to solve problems for clients
o Enthusiastic and positive yet emotionally resilient and able to work in highly pressurised environment
o Flexibility to meet the needs of a business
o Able to multi-task
o A desire to improve the customer experience
o Provide excellent levels of service to clients to anticipate and meet their needs, and exceed their expectations
o Good organisational skills
o Basic IT skills and computer literate
o Ability to respond to colleagues and clients appropriately, and take the initiative
o Confident in managing clients’ expectations, and those of the team. Can deal with clients confidently when their expectations are not met..
o Commercially focused – delivers commercial results through relationships and meeting clients’ needs
o Excellent networking skills – building a client base through existing and new networks
