The Position
The focus of the Client Care Co-Ordinator is to provide an exceptional service to our clients; handling credit control and customer relationship management, with day to day organisation of the client accounts with an emphasis on providing a professional service to our clients.
Providing a critical link between clients and the clinical team, the Client Care Advisor’s ability to build strong relationships will be key to the success of the practice.
The Responsibilities
Generating and producing financial reports using the Practice Management System.
Invoicing of clients on a daily basis and liaising with clients on insurance claims, account balances and general correspondence.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
o Experience of a client facing industry and able to demonstrate the passion for this type of client service
o Evidence of working in a busy customer-centric environment
o Working as part of a team and recognising the need for flexibility and sensitivity and contributes effectively as a team member
o Demonstrate ability to work through times of difficult customer relations and reach successful results
o Provide excellent levels of service to clients to anticipate and meet their needs, and exceed their expectations
o Good organisational skills
o Basic IT skills and computer / numeracy literate
o Ability to respond to colleagues and clients appropriately, and take the initiative
o Confident in managing clients’ expectations, and those of the team. Can deal with clients confidently when their expectations are not met..
o Commercially focused – delivers commercial results through relationships and meeting clients’ needs
