The Responsibilities
- Day to day administration of the funds and the associated entities of the structures.
- Liaise with clients, investors and third parties as required.
- Assist with company secretarial requirements, including (but not limited to) the preparation of agendas, collation and distribution of board packs, shareholder meetings and the drafting of minutes for routine meetings.
- Maintain accurate investor records and process investor contact/bank account updates as required.
- Prepare payments and assist with the associated bookkeeping.
- Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations.
- Assist with the processing of investor calls and distributions, monitoring of funds received and bookkeeping of the same.
- Assist with the distribution of quarterly and annual reporting to investors.
- Any other such duties that might be reasonably required for this role.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
We are currently recruiting a Trainee administrator for our Guernsey office. The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day administration of the various private equity fund structures under administration.
Your skills:
- Computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Good interpersonal skills are required to develop good working relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
- First experience will be considered as an asset, but it is not required.
- Willingness to study towards a relevant professional qualification (preferably CGI (formerly known as ICSA) Diploma level or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid work permit.
