A temporary opportunity is available for a Senior Administrator to work within the policy servicing team, supporting customers with a wide variety of instructions.

This role involves handling policy servicing requests such as premium changes, surrenders, switches, and general client queries while ensuring a strong customer experience. The position also includes tasks related to client onboarding and trigger event reviews, adhering to AML and regulatory requirements.
