The Position
A professional opportunity is available for a Compliance & Risk Executive to support the delivery of compliance services within a regulated fiduciary environment.
The Responsibilities
The role involves assisting with the implementation of the Compliance Monitoring Programme, maintaining compliance registers, reviewing client due diligence, and contributing to regulatory reporting. The successful candidate will help assess and enhance control systems, engage with staff to promote a strong compliance culture, and support training initiatives.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
This position suits someone with experience in compliance or financial services, ideally with knowledge of Guernsey's regulatory framework. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication are essential. A proactive, team-oriented mindset and a willingness to pursue relevant professional qualifications are highly valued.
