The Position

A unique opportunity to join this Operations and Business Support team for this independent financial services business which also provides the opportunity to work with colleagues across their global offices.

The Responsibilities

The role involves updating, documenting, and maintaining procedures, as well as assisting with aligning procedures across jurisdictions and liaising with other departments. The successful candidate will also support the documentation of formal oversight processes, contribute to the maintenance of the intranet, and assist with ad hoc projects. You will also assist with the communication of change and provide support for its implementation across the wider team.

Experience / Qualifications / Education

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
