Are you an experienced professional seeking a role where you can lead and develop within a dynamic and supportive team? As a Senior Trust Administrator, you’ll manage a portfolio of trusts and companies, ensuring exceptional service delivery and regulatory compliance.

The Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, your key responsibilities will include:

·         Portfolio Management: Take the lead in administering a portfolio of trusts and companies, ensuring all client files are up to date and detailed accurately.

·         Collaboration: Liaise with lawyers, accountants, tax advisors, and banks to manage complex private client cases effectively.

·         Financial Oversight: Ensure timely fee collection, debtor management, and coordination with the Accounts team to maintain accurate ledgers and meet accounting deadlines.

·         Compliance: Address compliance review points promptly, ensuring all legislative requirements, including tax filings and AEOI reporting, are completed accurately and on time.

·         Leadership: Support the team by delegating and overseeing tasks, providing guidance, and deputising for the Assistant Manager when needed.

·         Industry Awareness: Stay informed about legislative changes and industry trends, raising relevant updates to the team and management.

·         Process Improvement: Contribute to the refinement of team procedures and escalate concerns or suggestions for improvement where necessary.

Experience / Qualifications / Education

Your Profile
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with the following skills and attributes:

·         Experience: Significant experience in a regulated finance or professional services environment.

·         Qualifications: Fully or part-qualified in STEP, ICSA, or a similar qualification, with a willingness to continue professional development.

·         Education: A strong educational background

·         Organisational Skills: Excellent time management and the ability to handle complex tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

·         Technical Skills: Proficiency with IT systems and a commitment to enhancing technical expertise.

·         Client Service: A commitment to delivering first-class service while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
