Trust and Company Administrator

The Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

As part of the Private Clients team, your key duties will include:

·         Portfolio Administration: Assist with the day-to-day management of a portfolio of trusts and companies.

·         Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with beneficiaries, bankers, auditors, property advisers, agents, lawyers, and our in-house tax team.

·         Attention to Detail: Complete tasks accurately and within deadlines, maintaining the highest standards of service.

·         Team Support: Help prepare correspondence and provide general administrative support to team members.

·         Financial Oversight: Support fee collection and assist with chasing outstanding debts.

·         Compliance: Address compliance review points promptly and adhere to all regulatory and internal guidelines.

·         Collaboration: Maintain strong communication with colleagues and management to foster a cohesive working environment.

·         Professional Development: Use available learning resources to enhance your skills and advance your career.

Experience / Qualifications / Education

Your Profile

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a supportive team. The ideal candidate will have:

·         Experience: Either an entry-level background or some prior experience in regulated finance or professional services.

·         Education: A strong educational foundation

·         Qualifications: A willingness to work towards a professional qualification, such as STEP, CGI or equivalent.

·         Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT and a commitment to building technical expertise.
